First seen Jan 06, 2026 · Last updated May 16, 2026 · Updated 19 times

Summary

This study tested a special camera that uses near-infrared light to help surgeons see blood flow during minimally invasive lung and esophagus surgeries. 38 adults took part at one hospital. The goal was to see if the camera could give clear images to guide the surgery, not to treat or cure the disease.
