This trial tests whether changing how the arms are positioned during lung surgery can prevent shoulder pain on the operated side. Shoulder pain is common after thoracoscopic lobectomy, affecting up to 58% of patients, and can hinder recovery. The study will enroll 270 adults scheduled for lung removal surgery, randomly assigning them to either the standard arm-board position or a modified double-arm wrap position.
