Summary

This study will test if guided nature-based therapy, like forest bathing and gardening, can improve the wellbeing of elderly patients with dementia and patients recovering from stroke or brain injury. Researchers will measure changes in agitation, mood, and quality of life in 1,600 participants at a hospital in Singapore. The goal is to see if spending time in a therapeutic garden can ease symptoms and support recovery.
