First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study looks at whether adding a procedure that removes lymphoid tissue in the back of the nose to standard sinus surgery can better control inflammation in people with nasal polyps. Thirty-two adults with nasal polyps will be randomly assigned to get either standard surgery alone or standard surgery plus the extra ablation. Researchers will check inflammation levels, symptoms, and polyp return over six months.
