This study aims to find out how many people with type 2 diabetes also have non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD). Researchers will use a special ultrasound scan (FibroScan) to check the liver health of 385 adults with type 2 diabetes. The study does not test any new treatment, but will help doctors understand how often these two conditions occur together.
