Summary
This phase 2 study tests an experimental oral drug, NA-931, alone or with an approved injectable weight-loss medication (tirzepatide), in 224 overweight or obese adults aged 18-80. The main goal is to see how much weight participants lose over 48 weeks compared to placebo. The study also measures changes in waist size and body fat.
