Summary
This study tested a telehealth program that combines music therapy with social work support for older adults living at home. Twenty people aged 65 and older, some with dementia, took part in video sessions to see if it improved their well-being, thinking skills, and feelings of loneliness. The goal is to learn if this approach can help older adults stay connected and get the support they need without having to travel.
