Summary
This study looks at whether music therapy can lower anxiety and stress in people with severe mental disorders staying in a medium-stay hospital unit. Twelve adults will take part in 15 one-hour sessions where they choose songs and discuss them with a nurse. Researchers will measure changes in anxiety, stress, and recovery using questionnaires.
