Summary
This study tests whether personalized, virtual music therapy sessions can boost memory, mood, and thinking skills in people with mild Alzheimer's or mild cognitive impairment. Sixty participants will receive two 30-minute music sessions per week for 8 weeks. Researchers will measure changes in memory, anxiety, quality of life, and brain activity using MRI scans.
