NCT ID NCT07601789
First seen Jun 25, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026 · Updated 1 time
Summary
This study tested whether adding exercise to mud pack therapy helps people with chronic low back pain. Forty adults were split into two groups: one got mud packs alone, the other got mud packs plus core exercises. After 10 sessions, both groups felt better, but the exercise group had greater improvements in pain, function, and quality of life. The benefits lasted at least one month after treatment ended.
