MRNA Vaccine-Like therapy takes on Hard-to-Treat cancers

Summary
This study tests an experimental mRNA treatment, mRNA-4359, for people with advanced solid tumors that have not responded to standard therapies. The treatment is given alone or with other immune-boosting drugs to see if it is safe and can shrink tumors. About 361 adults will take part in this early-phase trial.
