First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026

Summary

This study is testing a new, noninvasive MRI technique to see if it can better predict stroke risk in people with narrowed arteries in the brain (ICAS). Researchers will measure blood flow pressure using a special MRI scan and follow 400 participants for one year to see who has a stroke. The goal is to improve how doctors identify high-risk patients so they can prevent strokes.
