Summary
This study tests a laser treatment called MRgLITT for people with drug-resistant temporal lobe epilepsy. The goal is to see if it can stop or reduce seizures and improve memory and quality of life. About 120 adults aged 18-65 will take part. The treatment uses heat from a laser to destroy the tiny brain area causing seizures.
