This trial is testing a new device called MRace to repair a leaky mitral valve in people with severe functional mitral regurgitation, a condition where the valve doesn't close properly, causing blood to flow backward. The device is placed through a vein in the leg and guided to the heart to help the valve close better. The study will include up to 20 patients in France and will follow them for 5 years to see if the device safely improves valve function and reduces symptoms.
