New radiation approach targets tough pancreatic tumors

Summary
This study tests whether giving higher doses of radiation, guided by MRI, can help people with pancreatic cancer that cannot be removed by surgery. Participants must have already had several months of chemotherapy without the cancer spreading. The main goal is to see how many patients are alive one and two years after radiation treatment.
