First seen May 12, 2026 · Last updated May 13, 2026 · Updated 1 time

Summary

This study tests whether adding AGuIX nanoparticles to precise, MRI-guided radiation therapy can better control centrally located lung tumors and advanced pancreatic cancer. About 100 adults with these cancers will receive the combination treatment. The goal is to find the safest dose and see if it improves tumor shrinkage compared to radiation alone.
