Summary

This study tests a group program for youth aged 8-21 who have had concussion symptoms for at least 4 weeks, along with their caregivers. The program combines active rehabilitation, mental health support, and caregiver education to help improve daily functioning and reduce symptoms. Researchers will measure changes in symptoms, mood, and family functioning over 8 weeks and 3 months.
