Summary
This study tests a group program called Move&Connect for youth aged 8-21 who have had concussion symptoms for at least 4 weeks. The program combines active rehabilitation, mental health support, and caregiver education to help improve daily functioning and reduce symptoms. About 150 youth and their caregivers will participate in weekly online sessions and be followed for 3 months.
