Summary

This study looks at whether recalling a positive memory can improve mood and decision-making in 80 adults with methamphetamine use disorder who are in treatment. Participants will do computer tasks and brain scans before and after remembering a happy event or a neutral one. The goal is to understand how mood affects choices, not to treat the addiction directly.
