Summary

This study tests whether recalling a positive memory can improve mood and decision-making in 80 adults recovering from methamphetamine use disorder. Participants will do computer tasks and brain scans before and after remembering a happy event or a neutral memory. The goal is to see if a brief mood boost can help people make better choices, which could support recovery.
