Summary
This study is testing a mobile health app called Moms@Home to help pregnant women with high blood pressure monitor their readings at home. About 100 women with gestational or chronic hypertension will use the app and share their home blood pressure data. The goal is to see if the app makes it easier to stick with regular monitoring and if women find it useful and easy to use.
