Summary
This study tests whether a simple breathing exercise, called Inspiratory Muscle Strength Training (IMST), can safely lower blood pressure in pregnant women during their third trimester. Participants do 5 to 8 minutes of breathing against light or moderate resistance each day for six weeks at home. The goal is to see if this easy, drug-free approach can help prevent or reduce high blood pressure disorders in pregnancy.
