New pill targets Hard-to-Treat cancers in early trial

Summary
This early-stage study tests a new oral drug, MOMA-341, alone or with other treatments, in people with advanced solid tumors that have specific genetic changes (MSI-H or dMMR). The main goal is to check safety and find the best dose. About 132 adults whose cancer has not responded to standard therapies will take part.
