Summary
This study tested whether an 8-week mobile app program, based on the Pender Health Promotion Model, could help menopausal women with urinary incontinence. 82 women participated, with half receiving the app plus phone counseling and half getting usual care. The goal was to see if the app could reduce symptom severity, improve quality of life, and enhance sleep quality.
