Summary

This study will test a mobile app designed to help people with schizophrenia or those at high risk for psychosis recognize and change biased thinking patterns. One hundred participants will use the app and report on their mood and negative symptoms. The goal is to see if this simple, phone-based tool can improve daily well-being.
