Phone app aims to ease trauma for ICU survivors

Summary
This study is testing a mobile app called Blueprint, designed to help people manage depression, anxiety, and PTSD after surviving a serious heart or lung condition in the hospital. Researchers will enroll 400 people from four hospitals and randomly assign them to use either the Blueprint coaching app or a general education app. The goal is to see if the Blueprint app is better at improving mental health symptoms and quality of life over six months.
