Summary
This study is a registry that will follow 3000 people who had a heart attack but no blocked arteries (MINOCA). The goal is to learn more about this condition, improve diagnosis, and understand long-term outcomes. Participants will be tracked over time to see how they are doing and what treatments they receive.
