Mindfulness breathing may boost health after spinal cord injury

Summary
This study looks at whether practicing mindfulness breathing exercises can improve physical health and quality of life for people with spinal cord injury. Ten adults aged 18-70 with injuries between C5 and T10 will take part. Researchers will measure heart rate, blood pressure, and metabolism before, during, and after the sessions, and also ask about quality of life.
