Mindfulness sleep study targets health equity for black women

Summary

This study tests whether a mindfulness-based sleep program can help Black women with insomnia sleep better and feel less stressed. Researchers will enroll 340 Black women who have trouble sleeping and track changes in sleep quality, stress levels, and overall health. The goal is to reduce the risk of heart disease linked to poor sleep.
