Can a phone app ease the pain of sickle cell disease?
NCT ID NCT07402811
Summary
This study is testing whether a smartphone-based mindfulness program is practical and helpful for teens and young adults with sickle cell disease. Participants will use the app for about 8 weeks to try to manage their chronic pain and sleep problems. The main goal is to see if people find the program easy to use and worth their time, not to prove it works better than other treatments.
