Summary
This study tested a mindfulness-based program (including breathing exercises and meditation) in 39 Generation Z nursing students during their clinical internship. The goal was to see if it could improve mental health and reduce anxiety, depression, and stress compared to usual care. Participants completed surveys before, during, and after the internship.
