Summary

This study tests whether a 1-month meditation app can help juvenile justice officers and others working with court-involved youth feel less stressed, anxious, or burned out. About 57 adults who work directly with these youth will use the app and report how acceptable and helpful it is. The goal is to see if this approach is practical and well-liked before larger studies.
