NCT ID NCT07634419
First seen Jun 16, 2026 · Last updated Jun 16, 2026
Summary
This study tests a mobile app called Lift that teaches mindfulness to help people who survived a serious ICU illness (like heart failure, sepsis, or severe COVID) cope with depression, anxiety, and stress. About 450 adults will use either the Lift app or a health education app for six months. The goal is to see if the mindfulness program improves mental health and quality of life, and to make it widely available, including in Spanish.
