Pregnancy app aims to ease Parents' anxiety before baby arrives

Summary

This study tests whether a mobile app with short weekly exercises can help first-time parents manage emotions and reduce depression during pregnancy. About 572 expectant mothers and fathers in Singapore will use the app or receive standard care. Participants will also wear a Fitbit and complete surveys until six months after birth.
