NCT ID NCT06053268

First seen Feb 05, 2026 · Last updated Apr 29, 2026 · Updated 8 times

Summary

This study looks at whether a daily mindfulness app can help adult survivors of childhood cancer manage stress. About 50 survivors of leukemia or lymphoma will use the app for 30 days and wear a wrist device that tracks stress signs like heart rate and skin temperature. The goal is to see if this approach is practical and acceptable, and to gather data for a larger future study.
