Summary
This study looks at whether combining the MIND diet (a mix of Mediterranean and DASH diets) with aerobic exercise can help prevent memory and thinking problems in Black adults aged 35-75 who have high blood pressure. Participants will either receive food delivery, cooking lessons, and exercise training, or continue with their usual care. The goal is to see if these lifestyle changes can keep the brain healthy and reduce the risk of dementia.
