Summary
This study is testing whether a combination of a brain-healthy diet and regular exercise can help prevent memory and thinking problems in Black adults who have high blood pressure. Researchers will compare two groups: one receives home-delivered meal kits, cooking classes, and exercise training, while the other gets standard health education and support. The goal is to see if this lifestyle program can improve cognitive function and reduce risk factors for dementia.
