Summary
This study tested whether treating the greater occipital nerve on one side or both sides of the head works better for migraine. 217 adults with frequent migraines received a pulsed radiofrequency procedure guided by ultrasound. The main goal was to see how many headache days per month decreased over 6 months, along with pain intensity and disability changes.
