Summary
This study compares two types of injections for people with chronic migraines or headaches. One targets trigger points in muscles, the other blocks a nerve in the neck. The goal is to see if the simpler trigger point injection works just as well. About 1,000 adults aged 18-65 will be followed for 2 years to track pain levels and headache frequency.
