This trial tests whether spreading plyometric (jump) training into short, frequent sessions—five times a week—improves leg muscle function and rope-skipping performance more than doing the same total volume in fewer, longer sessions twice a week. About 60 rope-skipping athletes will follow one of these two schedules for 8 weeks while continuing their regular training. Researchers will measure leg strength, endurance, explosive power, and sport-specific performance before and after, along with fatigue and muscle soreness, to see which scheduling approach works better.
