Summary

This study tests methimazole, a drug normally used for thyroid problems, in people with progressive glioblastoma (a fast-growing brain tumor). Researchers want to see if it can help control the disease and how safe it is. About 19 adults will receive different doses to find the best balance of effect and side effects.
