Summary
This study tests a program that gives rewards (like gift cards) to people in Hawaii who stop or reduce methamphetamine use after a serious injury. About 40 adults who tested positive for meth in the hospital will join. They will provide urine samples up to three times a week for 12 weeks and share their experiences in interviews. The goal is to see if this approach helps improve health and reduce drug use.
