Summary
This study looks at different training methods for ICU staff to improve how they remove breathing tubes from patients. It involves over 13,000 adults on ventilators for more than 24 hours. The goal is to see if better education and care plans can reduce deaths and increase use of helpful breathing support after tube removal.
