First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jul 29, 2026 · Updated 2 times
Summary
This study looks at whether adding mental imagery or watching exercise videos to standard physical therapy can help people who have had a knee replacement. About 36 adults will be split into three groups: standard therapy alone, standard therapy plus guided imagery, or standard therapy plus watching exercise videos. The goal is to see if these mental techniques can reduce pain, improve balance and function, and lessen fear of movement.
