App-Based wellness program tested for Stressed-Out doctors

Summary

This pilot study tests whether using a wellness app for 6 weeks can improve wellbeing and self-compassion in anesthesiology residents. 60 residents will be randomly assigned to either the wellness app or a control app. The study aims to see if such programs are practical and helpful for high-stress medical trainees.
