Summary
This study looks at how menstrual cycles and birth control pills impact blood sugar levels and exercise in women with type 1 diabetes. Researchers will monitor 150 women for three months using continuous glucose monitors and offer personalized insulin and diet adjustments. The goal is to find better ways to manage glucose during different phases of the menstrual cycle.
