Summary

This study tested if adding a drug called memantine to a brain training program could help people with schizophrenia or schizoaffective disorder. Researchers wanted to see if this combination could improve thinking skills, reduce symptoms, and help with daily activities better than brain training alone. The trial involved 62 adults who were already taking antipsychotic medication.
