Summary
This study tests a slow-release melatonin (PedPRM) in 120 children aged 6-18 with anorexia nervosa and poor sleep. Participants take either melatonin or a placebo nightly for 13 weeks. The goal is to see if it improves total sleep time and related symptoms like anxiety and quality of life.
