NCT ID NCT06365619

First seen Nov 20, 2025 · Last updated May 07, 2026 · Updated 22 times

Summary

This study tests whether giving two doses of immunotherapy drugs (ipilimumab and nivolumab) before surgery can help shrink tumors in people with melanoma that has come back after previous treatment. About 25 adults with advanced but removable melanoma will receive the drugs, then have surgery, followed by standard care. The main goal is to see how many tumors respond to the drugs before surgery.
