Summary

This study looks at how meals with different amounts of fat, carbs, and protein change fat levels in the blood. Researchers will study 100 adults with conditions like diabetes, metabolic syndrome, or kidney disease, plus healthy volunteers. Participants will eat two different breakfast casseroles on separate visits and have blood drawn many times to track changes.
