New study tests best bone mix for stronger dental implants

Summary
This study looks at a surgery that adds bone to the upper jaw to support dental implants. Ten healthy, non-smoking adults will receive two different bone graft mixtures, one on each side of their jaw. The goal is to see which mixture leads to better bone healing and strength over six months, using scans and small tissue samples.
