This trial tests whether using a surgical guide during sinus lifting—a procedure to add bone in the upper jaw for dental implants—improves outcomes compared to the conventional method. Thirty people with limited bone height (4-5 mm) will be randomly assigned to either guided or conventional sinus lifting using a piezoelectric device.
