Massage may ease back pain for overworked healthcare staff

Summary
This study tests whether massage therapy can reduce low back pain in healthcare workers aged 30-65. Sixty participants with chronic pain will receive massages targeting muscles around the hip and lower back. The goal is to see if massage can relieve pain and improve daily function.
